The Roof is Gone
It may seem a bit drastic to remove the roof on Day One but it was absolutely necessary.
The building was in a state of near collapse and for everyone's safety who is to work on the building removing the roof was essential.
This means the race is on to make the walls sound so the roof can be re-instated before the onset of the autumnal rains.
